Implementation

Whether we help select a packaged or a bespoke solution, we have the in-depth skills to ensure smooth and rapid implementation and integration with existing systems – minimising risk and downtime, and maximising the value of your IT investments.

Project management

We have years of experience managing large IT projects, adhering to industry-standard project management methodologies, including Prince 2®. We have also developed our own SUMMIT project management approach which works within the Prince 2® framework for bespoke software development projects.
