Support levels
Customers have a choice between a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a ‘best efforts’ contract, with the SLA providing guaranteed response times. SBS provides two designated support team members (primary and secondary contacts) that customers can call upon. The primary contact is the most knowledgeable about the system being supported, while the secondary contact covers holiday or sick leave. A third team member will provide further back-up if required.
